Tried a #4 sub from the new " refreshed" series. The result was one of the worst subs imaginable. They revised the ingredients... and charge more for a sub that can't even stand up to spicy italian or a bmt at a smaller price. They even skipped some of therecipe ingredients. 2 of the most toxic women working there. I?ve never ordered online from there before. I went in after I?ve gotten a text saying... that my sub is done. I gave them the number that my text said and the woman says we never text. I told her that I had alreadypaid for this and I didn?t really understand what was going on. She said she?d fix it right now and then told her friend thatshe was about to leave today. It was a bad experience and I won?t be going back. They shouldn?t be yelling at the customers inline. Been here 3 times when I worked at gamestop across the street. Family that owns this place seems to verbally fight in front of... customers from stories I heard from others, always seems to be drama over there, always counting money and dont wash handsafter, and always have attitudes. I went here one of the girls was arguing with an elder women behind the counter and she wentin the back slamming the door. When she was making my sandwich she was throwing everything on my sandwich like I was annoyingher. Wont come back probably ever again since I despise subway anyways. Read more
I use to work at this subways years and years ago. It?s changed! My sandwich was poorly made, took forever to make, the sandwich... artists had attitudes like it bothered them to make your sandwich! Customer service is everything. Customers were having torepeat themselves. Not a friendly and neat atmosphere anymore. A little disappointed. Hopefully things will turn around soon. Read more
Employees were conversing about their job issues and challenges instead focusing on customers (All 2 of us). One employee was... not curteous while being just plain rude in how she asked what you wanted on your sub. If these people are like this when it'snot busy... Well just imagine. A few nights ago I was in a diabetic trance. I came in last minute before close and was happy to see this store doesn't stop... serving before closing. Saleem is very friendly and a very good guy. He helped me with a wrap and apples to help me feel better.Made sure to tip him $10 as he definitely more than earned it. Good help is hard to find in the food business as I work for tipstoo. Domino's. don't lose this guy Subway. Definitely a shining star in a tough high turnover business. Read more
Today we were going in for a quick bite. As we are waiting in line, we see a worker empty out the tips jar and as she started... making a persons food in front of us she had not changed gloves. The same dirty gloves for the money was used with the food.They need to do some serious retraining on health and safety there. Read more
