I'm not a fan of Bob Evans but decided to order takeout from them tonight. A friend of mine went to pick up the food only for... them to tell her they were out of what we ordered! After choosing something else, they started to complain amongst themselvesabout the order!! The customer service there is EXTREMELY POOR!! and they are all VERY RUDE!! Awful. Just awful. Food was made wrong and on top of that the waitress kept touching on my boyfriend and kept flirting with him.... Ordered a strawberry lemonade and she brought me back a normal lemonade, I ordered my steak well done and she brought it backraw, could have been on the cook that day but it was also her listening skills and service. nothing like trying to pick up a online order 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready and told you're waiting on turkey. I... requested dressing (as it's not a option on line) and I hear a very overweight gentleman say "nope he should have picked it" Asopen my back I have two soup spoons no plastic wear no salt no pepper no crackers for my soup...I get the kids turkey dinner andthe turkey I was waiting on was ice cold the gravy looks like the cooks dehydrated urine watered-down yellow not gravy textureat all. The food was below subpar, very much a waste of money. This was our first time eating at a Bob Evan?s, and after this experience... we will not be eating at another one again. The customer service was HORRID! Our waitress seemed like she didn?t care, we werenot offered a refill while we were waiting for food or while eating. No offer of it at all! Become one of our goto restaurants right now for our twice weekly curbside pickup dinners. They get the orders right, its ready... on time and food up to same standard as when we used to eat there. And great value! And another excuse to enjoy my Tesla???????? Read more
Food was cold, only one waitress on duty for breakfast and a dozen tables. I don?t blame her for cold food she was working... extremely hard. I do blame management for not staffing or at least helping get food out on time. The gravy is packaged so itreally is not like country farm. Read more
