Third time in a month ordering from the app to arrive for pick-up & find the place is closed. It's not late either - Last night... it was 6:45 & a note on door said temporarily closed. That did it for us with Chipotle. There's plenty other burrito places inthe area to eat.......... Read more

Atrocious service. While driving home from a weekend trip, we stopped here for dinner. While the line stretched to the door at... 6:15 during what would be the dinner rush, employees were busy wiping tables and putting up chairs, and others were working oncleaning the grill, leaving only one person on the service line. By the time my family and I had made it to the front of theline, another employee had joined the line, but that turned into complaining about how badly the tortillas were stickingtogether. It took almost ten minutes to go through the line after I had placed my order, and I had finished eating before thenext people on line got their food. To their credit, the food tasted good, but definitely was not worth the wait as I still hadanother hour and a half drive ahead of me with kids who needed to get home and to bed. Read more

Placed an order through the app, get there and the restaurant is not running. This is the last straw for this location, it is... absolute garbage. Every time it's something with this place and jumping through hoops to get food. Consistently only running onepart of their operation via mobile order only or vice versa, and always out of stuff. Do better or close this location. Read more

Twice now in a week I have placed orders on the app and arrived at the store only to find it closed when it should be open. I... understand businesses sometimes have unexpected closings, but if you don't update your status on the app you are wasting atremendous amount of people's time. It's just wrong and lazy. If this happens a third time to me I'm just going to quit thislocation. Read more

Ordered a Large Side of Guacamole along with a kids meal. This is what I received. At least the 2nd time I've received Brown... Guac. (It did not turn green when mixing) We have had several bad experiences over the last several years. Figured it was timeto say something when I was offered more brown guac for complaining about it! We ordered Chipotle online at 8 pm on Tuesday. We arrived at 845 pm. The restaurant was closed. Website says they close at 10... pm. We paid $35 for an online order and are still waiting to get our money back. Refund process is 3-5 business days no matterwhat. I tried to call the restaurant but it is impossible to get ahold of anyone to help. I tried to call corporate office toget our money back sooner. They let me know that that is there policy. I was offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. Icalled corporate back and asked to speak to a manager and all of a sudden there are no managers around to help with a customercomplaint. I asked for a call back from a manager and am still waiting for that call back after 2 days of waiting Too bad I hadto leave a 1 star review in order to write a review or it would?ve been a 0. Terrible customer service practices. Read more

Worst chipotle I?ve been to. Went around 7 for a quick dinner on my way from Columbus to Louisville, which ended up taking half... an hour. Line was all the way to the door and about a dozen people were standing around waiting for online orders. The workerson the line didn?t seem to be managed at all, and would stop in the middle of making an order to switch out with another personseemingly at random, making each order take an incredible amount of time. The woman decided that the time to switch out thechicken was while making my vegetarian burrito, and got chicken all over it. Seemed to think that was no big deal, but shedidn?t seem to care about anything. Turns out there?s another at the next exit, I?ll make sure to go to that one next time. PS:I keep having to go back and edit as I remember other things. The faucet in the mens room wasn?t working!! I had soaped up handsand had to wash off with hand sanitizer. Trash cans were overflowing and there were no hot sauces out that weren?t empty. Read more

I ordered on the app for pickup, this was the bowl I received. When I called the manager to get a new bowl, I offered to bring... the old back and show her but she told me it is not needed. Then continued to tell me how she does carryout and doesn?t remembermaking any bowls like this, and when it does happen, typically more people complain but nobody else had today. Basically,Implying I was lying. When I went back so it could be remade, she was already ready with it in a bag. I made the mistake of notchecking it before leaving and returned home to the same thing. I didn?t feel the need to call again because clearly nothing hasor will changed, and it?s not worth it. I will never be going back to that location, most of the staff is rude when you go andnot helpful. Plus traffic from kings island sucks. Read more
