Wish I could share my experience there but they locked the door at 6:00 on a Friday night so I couldn?t get in. No sign. No... note. Just locked. There were people in there but I guess it was too much for them to handle. Both Chipotles in DeerfieldTownship were closed for people coming into the restaurant. Joke. Read more
Had people waiting over half an hour in the drive through for mobile orders then decided to close both the drive through and the... inside over 4 hours before closing saying that the 8 people wasn?t enough to run the place. oh my goodness, such kind staff! I haven't seen such kind people for a long time. I think that they actually care about their... job, and the people that they serve. Although they may be severely understaffed, they are doing their very best to keep thestore running. I don't know why people are complaining because obviously they don't know what the job needs. This store is always closed early for no reason. They never shut off online orders when they?re closed so you show up to pick up... your food and there?s no indication that the store is closed on the app, only a sign on the door. The food is always over cookedor under cooked. The inside is disgusting most of the time (i.e. food all over the counters/prep area, napkins/straws/trash allover the drink station, floors are dirty, etc.) Read more

I work right around the corner and come here often because I like Chipotle. This is the most disfunctional fast food restaurant... out there. They will be randomly closed at busy times, only take online orders, super long lines. No napkins, no silverware, NOCHIPS. Ownership or senior management here is absent.
