Reviews for Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mason, OH

I work right around the corner and come here often because I like Chipotle. This is the most disfunctional fast food restaurant... out there. They will be randomly closed at busy times, only take online orders, super long lines. No napkins, no silverware, NOCHIPS. Ownership or senior management here is absent. Wish I could share my experience there but they locked the door at 6:00 on a Friday night so I couldn?t get in. No sign. No... note. Just locked. Had people waiting over half an hour in the drive through for mobile orders then decided to close both the drive through and the... inside over 4 hours before closing saying that the 8 people wasn?t enough to run the place. At my chipotle me and my manager dida rush by ourselves 8 is plenty and not an excuse. oh my goodness, such kind staff! I haven't seen such kind people for a long time. I think that they actually care about their... job, and the people that they serve. Although they may be severely understaffed, they are doing their very best to keep thestore running. I don't know why people are complaining because obviously they don't know what the job needs. This store is always closed early for no reason. They never shut off online orders when they?re closed so you show up to pick up... your food and there?s no indication that the store is closed on the app, only a sign on the door. The food is always over cookedor under cooked. The inside is disgusting most of the time (i.e. food all over the counters/prep area, napkins/straws/trash allover the drink station, floors are dirty, etc.) Read more

Leaving Ohio headed to Tennessee. Stopped at this Chipotle for lunch. Building looked new from the outside. Thought it'd be... good. Service and food was ok. The place was nasty. Food all over the counter and floors. It wasn't busy. Maybe 1 otherfamily dining in and 3 or 4 people standing at counter to order. I saw at least 5 workers and a manager. I sat outside of this location for over 20 minutes with like 5 other cars. They were supposed to open at 10:45 and the only... explanation they had as to why they weren't open was "we'll open later" without any talk of when later was. No signs orexplanations to tell these hungry families to go to some other business, they were all waiting for somebody to open the doorsand no one did or speak to us, and when we did finally get to ask what was up they were incredibly rude when we simply wantedsome food and how long our wait time would be.
