Today I ordered a bowl, a burrito, a taco, & chips from this location. After picking up the food & driving back to my house I... realized I was not given the chips. I drove back to the restaurant & asked them for chips. They said they didn?t have any chipsbecause the fryer was broken. I asked for a refund. I was told I couldn?t get a refund in the store & was provided a phonenumber to call to receive a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service. I was knowingly NOT provided an item that Ipaid for (despite being ABLE to order the item) & then was told I can?t get a refund in the store. No other restaurant I canthink of operates this way. First and foremost, just don't make a mobile order with this chain. Most of the time it's screwed up or missing items. And if... that's not the case the portions are absurdly small for the price you're paying. As for this location in particular, they dookay half the time. If you're visiting within an hour or two of them closing expect them to be out of an ingredient or a few,and chips. Past four visits to this place, they have been out of chips each time. Read more

My daughter and myself both love Chipotle but the last few times we have had Chipotle it has been, may I say less desirable. The... chicken bowl is not what we used to get as far as amount and quality, today we ordered chicken bowls and my daughter's bowl hadno chicken and my bowl wasn't halfway full didn't have this problem before. One of the worst Chipotle's I've been to and its not just this time. I've been to this Chipotle a few different times and the... line won't be long but the wait always is. They can't roll a burrito to save their life and they are always out of two or morethings. Worst is when I purchase a drink even telling them I want sweet tea and they let me buy the cup just to find there is notea made!! Freaking Ridiculous! This location has struggled over the past year getting food out in a timely manner, keeping items in stock, and staffing issues... frequently mean they close early. My avg online order time is 25 minutes over the promised finish time. Unfortunately, thislocation has not gotten any better over time with these issues, as one would expect as we are slowly getting out of thestruggles and limitations caused by the pandemic. Other Chipotle locations don't struggle nearly as much as this location, if atall. All signs point to poor management. Read more

As restaurants face the challenge of an employee shortage, the fundamentals are the only thing they can control. Our lunch was... good. They were out of items that we had to wait on like brown rice and tea, but I don't know what challenges they faced thatday. The tea container marked sweet but was actually the unsweetened tea we prefer. I found that out when I asked the employeeif they were going to bring out unsweetened tea and she let me know that one tea container out there is unsweetened. The sameemployee's plastic gloves that pushed the door open to get to the back kitchen for brown rice were the same plastic gloves sheused to grab the lettuce. Read more
