I cannot begin to tell you the magic that is in these cups and the relaxing ambience of the lobby. I am telling you now; don't... walk, RUN and get your coffee here. I've been here so many times within the last year and they never cease to amaze me. If Iwill suggest anything on their menu it's the Maple Pancake latte, but honestly try everything at least once. Possibly me favorite place for coffee in the area, which has nothing to with it being almost the only non-chain coffee place in... the area. Coffee is good, mixed drinks are creative. Large area to sit and relax or work. Read more
1st time visitor and was impressed with the staff, coffee, and environment. Unfortunately, the To-Go cups are inadequate for... the coffee heat. About 2 miles after departing, my cup walls collapsed when taking a sip and coffee spilled all over me and thecar, and man was it HOT. Not complaining, but please upgrade the To-Go cup for improved customer satisfaction. Read more
Definitely recommend visiting Cocoon for coffee. They took their time making the drinks I ordered which resulted in spot on... taste and quality. Asked for extra hot lattes and they came out exactly that. Asked for an iced latte too and got the perfectratio between coffee/flavor/coolness. Thanks Cocoon for a great morning pick-me-up! Read more
This was my first time and I will return. It was a very comfortable environment for a meeting with a friend. Lots of room to... spread out for conversations. I had the house coffee and it was delicious. Read more
Exactly what I was looking for, to have a good and quality coffee break at the middle of a work day, that allows you not only to... enjoy a good coffee (although prices are above Starbucks..) but a place where you can work in privacy with your laptop, andenjoy a great atmosphere. A friend recommended this space for co-working, so I finally made the trip. It's hard to find a coffee shop good for co-working,... but this is a good one. The variety of seating is perfect for one person to work or groups of people, making it perfect forfreelancers, students and business owners. Or, if you just want to go to see a friend, it's good for that too. There's lots oflight in the space & friendly employees. Parking wasn't bad when I got there, but the lot was full by noon. I enjoyed thecoffee, but unfortunately, their wifi didn't work on my first visit. Thankfully I found something to do where I didn't need it,but for the ~20-minute drive, I wish I had found a closer coffee place instead. I'd go here again if I'm up in Mason, but it'stoo far for me to do regularly. If you are in Mason or West Chester, this is a good northern Cincinnati local coffee shop totry. Read more
First time here. Came because I was looking for a new locally owned coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks. I'm glad I came here. The... coffee and staff are great. The chairs are cozy too! They also have some great "office like" desks/chairs that you can use toget work done I'll be back! Read more
