My mother-in-law wanted me to try the beloved butter burger. I was surprised we had to pull forward and wait for the order to... come out to us. It's just a different kind of drive thru. The butter burger was delicious, it reminded me of the type of burgeryou could make at home. I think that's really great when you want home cooking but don't want to do the cooking. Read more

Visit 9/10/22 on a very busy day after a festival. We were immediately warmly greeted by the employees. The drive thru was... backed up and the line inside was pretty long. We were told it would be a wait, we understood. The employees at this locationwere excellent! Very attentive and friendly! My nephew dropped his ice cream & we asked if we could get more sprinkles since hisfell on the ground. An employee said of course, even though they were very busy. We pass by this place on our way to visit my father in law and have always wanted to stop in. Very happy we stopped in, the food... was delicious!! I had the double butter burger with bacon & cheese, it was juicy, with a soft bun and gooey cheese. The crinklefries were crispy, with the perfect amount of salt and I had to try the cheese curds.....and they didn't disappoint! If yourever in the area and looking for something to eat please do yourself a favor and stop in. Read more

I had the mushroom and Swiss and when it arrived I was underwhelmed. When I tasted it, I realized you should not judge a... burger by its bun?s appearance as I loved the flavors and it was hot! So darn good and my 9 year old agreed. She did say thather kids bacon cheeseburger was better. My husband got their vegetarian burger and said it was good but he prefers theimpossible burger. The fries were hot and good. His coffee was horrible. We were there around 2 so it was likely a pot thatsat too long. Anyway, we had to stop at Starbucks as he couldn?t take another cup of Culver?s coffee. I grew up in Wisconsinand when i was a kid my dad ran for senate? at the fair we ran a cheese curd stand to promote him and my love of curds began. When I realized there was a Culver?s in the area I was thrilled because of the cheese curds. Today they came barely warm?which was very disappointing.. i didn?t really mark off any star for this because I didn?t give them a chance to fix it andlikely they would have just replaced them . We came here 4/23/22. 5pm. Yes we had a larger group. They messed the order up completely. We ordered twice. One for our meals... and one for our shakes/ice cream. This place had very poor staff, very poor service and the food was not the greatest. Driedchicken and burgers. Ice cream was melted prior to us even getting it. The staff that walked it to us walked away when we wereasking if he could tell us what they were since we couldn't tell. WE WONT BE BACK! None of us were rude. Read more
Culver's on Tylersville Road is an example of how great company can achieve absolute failure in a very short time. The... restaurant smells horrible, it needs serious reconditioning. You will wait forever to order. You will wait absolutely foreverfor your food. You will get extremely sick after the ice cream. It is definitely a place to steer clear of nowadays.
