Small wait (but it was lunch time and all the crew were busy helping customers). Ordered Italian sandwich on everything bread.... Nice amount of meat (the reason I eat a sandwich). I also ordered most of the toppings, nice job getting everything on therewithout overloading the sandwich. Good experience! Read more
Had an odd experience here today (Sunday) that's out of line with my previous experiences and (hopefully) won't be repeated. I... came in on my own and ordered a single sandwich with just 2 people ahead of me, but, just due to timing, a huge group of people(about 20) showed up behind me AFTER the staff had already taken my order. Took over 15 minutes to get my sandwich to me afterordering, simply because the staff of 3 were so engrossed with the big group behind, they couldn't get me my sandwich until theyhad a bunch of the big groups' sandwiches prepped and finished also. Like I said, very odd experience. The sandwich was great asalways. Love the fresh bread of real substance and very fresh veggies. Top quality deli meats and really good meatballs too! The whole crew at the Mason location worked efficiently and all were very kind and professional! The worker that took my order... and assembled my sub paid close attention and was very patient with me as it had been a while since I had DiBella?s! They askedseveral necessary questions in order to provide an even better experience for me including whether or not I wanted the meat hotor cold! I felt like more than just another order to them, like they genuinely cared! Read more
The meatballs were old, one was burnt. The sandwich was not made the way I had ordered. One of the three workers was very nice... and helpful but the other two seemed too busy to take an order or make a sandwich. The chips and soda were good. Read more
Ok people, this location for the 2nd time gave me romaine lettuce that was slimy, brown and flat out nasty. If you order from... here, stay away from the salad. Clearly this location doesn't pay attention to what they make and how they make it. Read more
My first time here. Service was friendly and fast. Young lady who helped me recommended the Godfather, cold, on Everything... Bread. It was delish! They serve Pepsi products but have a good selection including diet Dr. Pepper and Brisk Raspberry ice tea.I'd give 5 stars but seating area was kinda dirty.
