Great concept and customer service. Food was not prepared to a satisfying degree. Store was clean. WiFi password did not work in... store for customers. Came in 10 minutes before closing , doors were locked ? had to tap on the door to be let in for my online pickup. The girls in... there were just staring while I sat at the door. If you close at 7 keep your doors open till 7 on a Saturday. If a customerwalks in at 6:59 you take care of them. Simple business practice Read more
My daughter loves Frutta and the product is great. Usually, I can order with the app and get curbside delivery but the past 2... visits have been problematic including tonight. The app has not been finding the Mason OH location, so order on website. Callfor curbside pickup and no one answers the phone. Go inside and the employees refuse to make eye contact and they get annoyedwhen you ask - meanwhile my order is sitting there out of reach. The young woman tonight could not have been more indifferent. Teach the kids some social and customer service skills and I would rate a 5. Read more
My Y sisters and I LOVE coming to Frutta! Their savory avocado is my guilty pleasure and I crave it all the time! I love to pair... it with the Jamaica bowl but trade out mango for banana abs almonds for granola. Unfortunately 9/10 they forgot to do the bananaand almond and I?m not sure how since they typed it in but I won?t get my panties in a bunch too much. Sometimes the wait can beabout 15 min but I will wait for yummy food, not to mention, they do get tons of online and doordash orders so even if you onlysee a few people in there, try to remember there?s business happening in the background too! Most of the girls working are verysweet and happy to please. I?ve had a few pass off the wrong order to me before but again, I?m patient and get they could stillbe training. I?ve only experienced one rude worker and I haven?t seen her since. All and all, I highly recommend this littleplace. It?s really refreshing and I just love sitting out front to just enjoy the day! Horrible! This was my first time trying this place and I ended up throwing my bowl in the trash after a few bites and wasting... my $10. Starting off the acai bowl was half the size of the ones that I typically get that cost the same price and taste 10xbetter. I ordered online and did not receive a spoon or napkin and the bowl was messy looking, sticky allover on the outside. Also it was more toppings than acai which included dingy bananas, but the small amount of acai it did have tasted like dirt. Istarted to call and complain, but just decided I'd never return and stick to the what I know. Read more
This was my first time trying Frutta Bowls, I create my own bowl starting with the Açaí base top with granola and lots of... different fruits and peanut butter. Beautiful clean chill atmosphere really cute and cozy. All I can say is that the flavor ofmy bowl was delicious and delightful.
