This store is terribly short staffed which is par for the course in this area sadly- but the few staff they do have are doing... all they can to make it work. We had a long wait for a mostly empty dining room- and come to find out it was because onemanager (maybe assistant manager) was the only person there at 7:30am. He didn?t blame anything on anyone until finally we sawhim in and out of the kitchen between orders and realized- he was not only waiting the tables but also cooking. Alone. Finallyabout 30 minutes later around 8am another server showed up and a cook. It?s crazy how people will complain about poor servicewhen there?s no one willing to work. Ultimately, the food was hot and done properly so this guy deserved a big tip and a pat onthe back- which we gladly provided. I cannot remember the last time I received such outstanding service from wait staff. No fewer than 4 people attended to my order... and check in with me during my visit. I felt like they actually cared about my business. I?ll be back! Great job Lamont andother staff! Read more
Five stars for our server, Lamont!! One of the best servers I?ve ever had at any restaurant - Even five star restaurants. Lamont... was attentive and super friendly and polite. Both of my kids even noticed on their own and mentioned what a cool guy he is. Ihope such good workers get the recognition and appreciation they so rarely do. Three stars for the food and two stars forcleanliness, but Lamont is at least five stars! Read more
This place is a dump. Literally they have no customers and yet you call in and order wait 25 minutes before you go to pick it up... and you get there and all the workers are just sitting around talking haven't started your food and have about five handwrittennotes all over the doors talking about what machines don't work they're fryers don't work their cash registers don't work. Cold food took over 45 minutes to come out after ordering. We were never offered refills on our drinks, and never got the water... we requested. Strawberries on my crepes were frozen and the crepes weren?t even filled with anything. Bananas looked brown likethey?d been sitting out for hours. They only refunded $1.99 for those nasty pancakes. The new woman at the front desk was not friendly or good at her job. The other staff was excellent. We sat waiting for our to-go... order for 30mins + and the order was still wrong.
