On a lot of great pizza in the area IMO, This is one of the better places.
When ever I visit my father in law ordering JETs has become a tradition!! The pizza never disappoints so many great options but... my favorite is the Eugene Supreme and the NY style cheese pizza with a side of JETs triple cheese turbo Stix always makes for adelicious meal!! Placed and paid for an order that was never delivered to me! Contacted store manager who agreed to issue a credit for a future... order. Then received a return call from the manager stating that her delivery driver claims he delivered the order and she wouldno longer be issuing me a credit!!! Not the first time we have dealt with poor customer service from this location. Beware! Read more
This location is the one that got me hooked on Jet's! Well, boy have they changed & not for the better. We ordered my usual of... extra sauce & light cheese 8 corner deep dish & 2 orders of wings for my birthday dinner. Got it home to discover after thefirst bite that there was hardly any sauce on it at all & way too much cheese! The wings had no flavor in my date's opinion. So,we decided to take it back to have them fix it. We were told about their measurements & that if we wanted it saucy to ordertriple sauce next time. They also informed us of management changes which had nothing to do with our complaints. There was nooffer to correct the issue. Ironically, i ordered from the Liberty Twp location the week before & had the same problem. However,they apologized profusely for the error & offered either a credit or another order, which I accepted & picked up. I got there,was shown the new order, which was perfect [!], and more apologies & no excuses. I will solely give that location mybusiness!!!! I will not patronize the Mason location if I can help it. Thanks to them, we ended up ordering at Brixx Wood FirePizza up the way & my birthday dinner was saved! Read more
