I really enjoy this place. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I have been told they don?t do customizing & there is... no where on the app to report mishaps. It was an easy mistake and I could have easily called the store, but in this case, thatwould have been more of a hassle than just leaving feedback in the app because of the timing. No lychee milk tea but they got everything else.
That's how two (add-on) in a large size looks like! Don't trust the picture on the menu! What a good cost cutting strategy.... Those two young ladys certainly wasn't trained to properly make milk tea. For laughter, this is a "two star" review just like myextra add-ons. Read more
If you are used to real milk tea this is not the place for you. Overly sweet, weak tea flavor (tastes like the 3-in-1 powdered... tea mixes). Of the 4 drinks we got only 1 person really liked theirs, 2 were ok and 1 was horrible. Its the Americanized versionof milk tea. Employees were nice, service was quick and the place was clean. Don?t go to this location. We?ve had Kung fu tea from other locations in the past and they were great. But this location sucks.... First of all, the hours is odd and they?re not open around dinner times. (I mean why??) This time when we ordered 2 drinks fromhere, both of them taste very watery but extremely sugary, which is very different than other locations. So with one of thedrinks, I asked if we can get another one with less sugar. The first thing the staff said was there?s nothing wrong with it. Weended up buying another one even though it still tastes super gross. I threw up both cups in the end. $13 for one cup of grossdrink, sorry I won?t buy it again. Don?t waste your money. Great place to enjoy bubble tea. They have wide variety of teas and different kinds of toppings. These are very tasty and... addictive. You can order ahead using mobile app. The staff here are friendly and service is quick. Even though these beveragesare pricy they are still worth it. Read more
Good tea and slushies at prices comparable to starbucks. Good parking and quick service. Clean bathrooms seat one at a time. ... Marker on the map is a little too far south. They use a cup sealer for slushies so that they dont have to use lids. I wasstarring at the menu in japaneese on the counter not knowing what or how to order. The menu was wet from the moisture on thecashiers counter. I got to watch our staff blend the smoothie and i always want to ask if they can put the leftover slush in acup for me because it would go to waste anyway. Read more
Top notch boba! I got the Thai milk tea. It was amazing.
