We ordered a group order while at work. Did curbside pickup. I arrived at 12 noon for my scheduled pick up food ready time. I... checked in. Waited 30 minutes for order to come out. The lady that brought out our food was horrible. She argued that I hadn?tbeen waiting 30 minutes after she told me that my food just came up and the card my coworker used to pay declined. Fine I paidwith my card because a team of people ordered and was all waiting hungry. She did not include a single fork salad dressingbutter and part of our order was missing on a 80$ ticket. Now back at work eating dry lettuce with my fingers(just kidding) Ifound a fork. But no dressing I call the supposed manager Stephanie and let her know about my experience with her person whobrought us our cold incomplete order about how rude and basically incompetent of putting an order together is. The managerassured me she would address and send something to my email to compensate and I would hear from someone from the company. Noneof this was done. A week later no call no email so here I am because I am a frequent customer and we all order lunch togetheroften from there and now we will not be ordering lunch from here because of this issue. If you also use the pick up servicecheck your order while waitress is in front of you. Looks like quality is going down hill or is this supposed to be the newnormal. Had the ribs. Full rack with crispy vegis with a loaded baked potato. Exceptionally prepared. Took half home for lunch tomorrow.

Have you ever seen a sweet potatoes that looks like this. I'm not one to complain. I thought...meh it's just a little burnt, no... biggie. Took one bite of the orange part and almost puked. Was craving steak, this satisfied wonderfully. Super tasty, nicely seasoned. Cooked a perfect medium rare. Lovely salad and... starter bread. Staff were friendly, fast and helpful. My only ding? Not bad. Steak was slightly dry and burnt on one end. However it tasted great and nothing was left but the bone at the end.... Brussels sprouts were OUTSTANDING as a side dish. Strawberry salad was a great start. Read more

We went on a Friday night. We only waited for about 15 minutes and the staff was very friendly! They have tons of amazing... options and the food was awesome! We got the Parmesan crusted mushroom appetizer. It was okay, but it wasn?t anything special.The bread was amazing as always. The lamp chops were amazing as well as the Parmesan crusted chicken (I definitely recommend)and the Wild West Shrimp with a side of Brussels sprouts was so good. We left full and satisfied!
