On 10/30/22, approx. 1pm, we visited the Mason location, all of the men were very kind but, the one female working was very rude... to us and multiple customers. We love this restaurant but won?t be treated so rudely! She should be reprimanded, totally out ofline. Read more
Great food!! Only had to wait 2 minutes for fresh fried rice and it was worth it!! Staff was friendly and inviting!!
Good, fast and reliable. Not the greatest Chinese food, but the open kitchen prep shows you that it's fresh and clean. The... mushroom chicken and orange chicken are our go to favorites. The egg rolls are marginal. Read more
Their quality keeps declining to the point it doesn't even taste like Chinese anymore. The warm, red, sweet and sour sauce you... dip egg rolls in? Forget about it; it's in packets now. And what the heck are those egg rolls? Cabbage mush rolled in burntcardboard? Not to mention the chicken is about 85% bread now, with some poor quality "meat" and fat marbled throughout. This place was busy when I got there, it seemed to move pretty fast though. I had never been here before, so as a beginner we... take more time, but the staff was very patient and helpful. My food was fresh and very good, when had just gotten there rightafter the lunch rush the place was a little disorganized but again after the lunch rush. I just got back from panda over at mason and customers service was horrible almost disrespectful. I order my food online... schedule pick-up for 11:30. I showed up at 11:27. I didn't get my till 12:15. Then I was told to that I had to wait outside tospeak about my order. Just for them to tell me that b/c I order online their nothing they can do. I kid you not they gave meonly three pieces of beef on my bowl and hella chow mein. I will definitely not be going back. Read more
Panda Express is decent fast casual Asian food. We went right after the Sunday lunch rush. The dining area was pretty full, ... but no one was in line so we hit it just at the right time. The items were well stocked and still fresh. So we lucked out thereas well. Good value with plenty of food. The place seems new so it was clean. Staff all very friendly. Read more
