I drove here today to eat inside at exactly noon. The doors were locked and when I tried to open them, the employees on the... inside made a steering-wheel motion to use the drive-thru window, which had a line going out to the parking lot. There was nosignage on the door regarding the dining room being closed. Why would I come back here again? I don't want to waste timedriving if the dining room is closed, and I am not going to wait in a long car line just to eat in my car. Thanks for nothing. Read more
Having been burnt here before, the only reason I went in is Corp sent me a BOGO for *this* location. The GOOD Better than... expected food. The BAD Coupon didn't work online or in the app after *countless* tries but worked just fine in-store. Clearlysays valid in app, online, or in-store (see pic). Same issue with the other one. The portions were *small*, not even worthwhilewith a BOGO! The UGLY The terrible service (?). When preparing one of the *tiny* bowls, the server actually took out some ricefrom it - digest that for a second. And Bonus, she just snapped at me throughout the process! Ordered 2 bowls, they didn?t get my order right.. I ordered fried rice and noodles but I got white rice and some noodles, rice... tastes at least 2-3 days old it?s rough and slightly hard. And both bowls were only half way full. My last order wasdisappointing as well just wanted to order again to see if they improved but ig that?s how your food will turn out when bunch of16 year olds cook it. Read more
If you want cheap, fast and decent Chinese food this is your place! The prices are extremely reasonable given how much food you... get. I recommend kung Pao and orange chicken with an egg roll. You can't go wrong! We will be back soon... Usually once everyfew months. Read more
I'm writing this after contacting customer support with receipt and description of the problem. Absolutely no effort has been... made by the company to rectify the situation. What happened was that I decided to take my girlfriend here for her first time. Ihad ordered the broccoli beef as part of a plate. It had no beef at all, and only a few bits of slimy, greasy broccoli. Thepeople at the store told me to contact customer support. I submitted an email with a picture of the receipt attached. That wasover a week ago, clearly the company doesn't care If this is the standard for this company, it deserves to go out ofbusiness. I would strongly advise anyone of any community to make an active effort to avoid giving this company any of yourbusiness. Waste of money, waste of time, and an overall disappointing experience in every way. If I could give 0 stars, Iwould. Edit: I received coupons from customer service to try again. Ew! Ew!! Ewww!!! I have never been here before but heard decent things about it. For me, um... this'll be a STRONG NOOO!!! Never... again as far as I'm concerned. This was so bad that I didn't even eat it all. And I'm TOO in love with food to waste it. Butthis was THAT BAD. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken bowl w/ fried rice. Listen.... that fried fried was HORRID!!! PERIOD!! I alsotried the Beijing Beef plate w/ broccoli and chow mein. YUUUCK!!!! My goodness... if you look at my pictures, everything lookspretty amazing. But kudos to my photography skills because I ate more with my eyes this day. Some people may enjoy, but when"Conner & Becca" are making Asian cuisines and not "Zhao & Shu-lan" then I just can't. Went around 8:00 pm drive thru takeout. As usual long lines and slow service. They said almost all of the things are out even... though the closing time is 9:00. So i ordered 4 bowls with noodles and 2 of them had barely any noodles at all(see pic). If theyare running out, i expected them to tell before hand so that i can change the side, not to skim portions. Very bad experiencehere. I should get a refund for 2 bowls. Read more
