They never ever put the food on the shelf for pick up and half the time when I find someone to give me my bag, some of the food... is missing. This is four times in a row now. The VOA location is not one of Panera's better locations. This is the Greek salad with extra feta and extra olives. Extra? ... Greek salad dressing containers before opening are less than half full. Gave Panera VOA location another try 7/29/22. Addedpictures showing the low amount of Greek salad dressing in the cups and the less desirable hard part of a lettuce and lettucehead that should not be in the bowl. After visiting the West Chester Voice of America location for over a year now, I thought maybe the experiences would markedly... improve. However, customer care and service at this particular location has rapidly declined. I will give the staff the benefitof the doubt on unavailable items like sweeteners, produce, etc. due to the supply chain shortages we are facing. Those thingsare out of their control, but what they can control like customer care and cleanliness leaves quite a bit to be desired. As faras the ordering process at this location, unless you visit when the ?older? staff members are working you are not going to getgreat service. The teens and college kids who work at this location LOVE to use their phones while on the clock and cannot bebothered with taking your order or providing service most of the time. They seem to make themselves scarce when customers arewaiting to order or simply need a to go box, and if you want to complain about ANYTHING (your order included) good luck withthat because literally no one cares. The ?Rapid Pick-up? option is hardly ever actually rapid. I stopped ordering Rapid Pick-upbecause it?s rarely on the shelf when you arrive because it?s sitting on the counter behind the barista station getting coldwith no one minding the online orders. You then have to wait until the 1 or 2 people working the pick up counter decide to putthem out. The accuracy of orders is generally about 50% correct in my experience, so maybe it will be your lucky day! As far ascleanliness, I?m not sure anyone actually cares here until it REALLY becomes a problem (see pics below of the bathroom, whichhas been that way for 3 days as of this review?s writing). It took 3 days for THAT to get cleaned up. I know people are animals,but this is what you sign up for when you open your restaurant to the public. Just paid over $18 for a meal I used to regularly pay about $13 for less than a month ago. Most of the "serve yourself" items... were out like napkins and sweeteners. They gave me the wrong dressing. When I said something they said they thought so, butwasn't sure. They remade the salad with iceburg instead of romaine and said that would have to be fine, no offer to makesomething else or refund. This was the GM. None of this is worth $18.70. They are belatedly getting in on the chicken sandwichcraze, but the sandwich is $10. I didn't try it. Read more

The store was clean, and maybe ingredients have changed, but my fuji apple salad was a hit mess. It used to have real apples,... not crumbled apple chips. They also did not offer me a free treat for my birthday month, a nicer former perk of the My Paneraicard. My daughter said that her cheese Flatbread was ok, and the crust very tasty. Unfortunately today?s experience was not up to par. Employees were friendly, but when I got home, I could not enjoy my cinnamon... bagel. I smelled a distinct odor of onion or garlic. I am allergic to both. I did notice there were two baskets of cinnamonsugar bagels. I think the overflow was put with the everything bagels? There were sesame seeds and a powder on the bottom of mybagel. So, I had to throw mine away. When I called the restaurant, I got no response, hence this bad review. It's a nice corner store, pre covid it was spacious but now every other table is closed down. The outside sitting area is very... small that makes it a luck of the draw if you can sit there. Otherwise like all chain food they are not any better or worse thanany other Panera that is out there. Read more
