Decent food but the store always smells SO bad when I pick it up. Smells like backed up sewer.
Staff is usually very nice. Food is fine. But I like to dine in. I know and understand the shortage of workers, but this store... needs to have a deep clean. It has for a long time smelled like mildew. Don't like to come in here often because it just isn'tclean. Read more
Had a very delicious Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich that was prepared well and quickly
My Philly steak and cheese didn't taste good. Not as good as they were in the past several years
I had a chicken parmesan sub with some fries. The sub was extremely greasy and the fries were really oily and crunchy and did... not peel the skin off the potato wich made it more dry. I had to keep on sipping on the soda to quench my thirst. Overall as youtell by now the food was very oily and dry.That's why I give Penn Station a 1 rating. Read more
I have never left a review before in my life but tonight 12/23/2021 this dude working the front (I believe it was the manager)... had the worst attitude for no reason at all , we came in and only order 3 sandwiches at 9:25 pm and restaurant closes at 10pm ,he was very rude and rushing us for no reason, we couldn't get sodas cause the soda machine was already cleaned up like theywere close. Penn Station is very expensive to be a fast food place so I would expect a better service. Read more
Ok so I want to say I had a great overall experience. At first the sandwich that I got looked like it was missing 3 to 4 inches... toppings except maybe cheese. I was kinda upset and went to ask about it and the cashier told that's the best they can do. I wasdisappointed and went back to sit down and try to enjoy my sandwich. Half way through my sandwich the manager had apparentlyoverhead the conversation and had made me another sandwich. The new one looks and tasted great. I was extremely happy and fullleaving. I will definitely come back to this location thanks to the manager. Read more
