Best ribs and coleslaw in Iowa.
It has been since 2011 that I have eaten at Bill's BBQ. We stopped tonight heading home to Rochester, MN. The place is still... great. Tasty pork ribs, baked beans, and coleslaw. There is also a small selection of beer and wine coolers. The service wasgreat and I talked to the owner about old times and she remembered my parents, who really liked this place. P.S. Make sure tocall ahead to ensure you reserve your ribs, not a table, but ribs for the evening. Read more

Thanks to the road construction we found Bill's. The other couple there had been eating at Bill's for 30+ years, if that's not a... testament to the place I don't know what is. The food was great, portion was generous, and facility was clean. The owner wasthe only one working at the time and she was so nice and friendly. We will definitely be heading back. Read more
