I had a ball joint break on my truck right in front of caseys. They let me wait inside until the tow truck arrived. I was cold,... and wanted to get hot chocolate. Ordered a pizza and they said it would only be 10 minutes. I arrive 3 minutes before it was 10 minutes and they didn't even... start it. Waited for an additional 12 minutes before they finally got it together and got it cooking. Not accurate at all ontiming of finishing my pizza. Read more
I frequently end up at this Casey?s. It?s one of the best in town. It?s clean, the food is consistently good, and the staff is... friendly. The only complaint I have is that the pavement of the lot isn?t very well maintained, especially in winter. Read more
I used my credit card and my Hyvee fuel saver at the pump and the pump shut off on its own before I was done fueling. When I... asked for assistance to restart the pump, they told me the only thing I could do was to start a new transaction, losing out on avery large fuel saver discount.
