It's a good gas station. I come here all the time. The customer service is great. The prices could be a little cheaper but it... is a gas station. I know the employees try their best to clean but they could get a cleaning service and clean it better butotherwise everyone is nice for the most part.! Read more

Don't use the gas pumps if you're using a company credit card and need a receipt!!! There is never any receipt paper!!!... Apparently no one knows how to install it, as ALWAYS the same answer, "Oh it must be jammed!!!" For over a year??? Please!!!Plus the store is always dirty and no customer service skills!!! Very nice Casey's. It's one of the newer ones in Mason City. My husband always has to get a coffee from Casey's and this... location has the new coffee machines that ground the beans fresh for you! Lots of snacks and goodies as well as donuts andpizza. The warmer was full everything looked good. Would recommend. Read more
