They gave my significant other a burrito half the size it normally is, proceeded to give me half a shredded tortilla as a... burrito. Consistently receive terrible customer service at this specific establishment. They refuse service to people when there?s ?too... many people in line? they hate serving the customer consistently only giving one scoop when asking for double meat. They makeyou feel bad for being there and almost always wrap the burrito like it?s there first time on the job. The culture built aroundthis place is anything but good. The ?manager? gets upset the second you walked in the door. The staff goes along with it. The food and line service gets a 5 stars from us. Unfortunately the dinning room gets 0. My husband and I just ate lunch at... this pancheros. We come here often. We were there at just after opening. We got our food and could not find a clean table toeat at. We sat at a dirty table. All of the available tables and floors under them were dirty. The counters around the garbageholes are also dirty. I don't think night shift wiped tables or mopped. And morning shift did not check. Pretty disappointedwith the dirtiness.
