My daughter and I had breakfast here on a Saturday morning around 8:30 AM. They were busy and very short staffed, but we were in... no hurry, so it didn?t bother us. Our server was Cameron. He told us he?s not normally a server, but they had to pull him fromthe kitchen to help in the dining room. All I can say is, I wish all servers were as kind and patient as him. He did a fantasticjob at being helpful, courteous, and respectful under the circumstances. The manager on duty was wonderful, the food was good,and I will be happy to go back. Read more
Only eight patrons there there was food and garbage on the floor around a table and in isle, service was slow. Don't they use... dust pan long handle to pick up these things between customers, very disappointing the personnel don't take pride where theywork gives the name of Perkins a very bad taste in the mouth of wanting to return. Wow. I?ve never been experienced such terrible service. We were seated in a front section of the restaurant and weren?t greeted... by any other staff besides the woman who sat us at our table for almost 30 minutes. There was maybe 10 other tables seated sothey were not busy in the slightest. We kept getting walked by and ignored, no eye contact was made or anything. Coming fromsomeone who has worked in the restaurant/serving industry, I know for a fact your supposed to greet your table and bring drinkswithin the first couple minutes of being seated. We ended up walking out and taking our service elsewhere. On our at to our carwe noticed multiple staff sitting outside the back of the building smoking. We will not be returning to this location. My baked potato was good, my country fried steak with sausage gravy was gross. Waitress was more interested in getting things... cleaned up so they could get out of there early. Service was poor. Read more
Ate at Perkins for my first time before work,they are very efficient when it comes to taking orders & cooking in the back of the... kitchen for few employees being here, I highly recommend eating here & Estella the waitress is low key pretty chill instantrespect! Read more

I suggest not coming here if you are super hungry. Food takes a 30 hr or more, last time we had breakfast some of our food was... burnt, our waitress disappeared so it was a one woman show bussing and serving the restaurant, she comped a meal for a couplewho waited forever for their food but they said their food was pretty much all burnt. I do give credit for the woman who raneverything by herself. She still had a great attitude, made sure people had their refills and even gave my son some change forthe vending machine from her pocket.
