Went to this location this morning. Through drive through. I ordered a large mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino add a shot of... espresso, and chocolate chips. I had pulled away and took a sip. I had received no shot, no chocolate chips and no cookies inthe drink... was pretty much a somewhat frozen chocolate milk. I did not have time to turn around and go inside and get thiscorrected. Writing yet another review of this particular location because it's just that bad. I used to work for Starbucks so I know how... they should run and this place is just not it. Not only are the baristas rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming but it's a hot mess.They're always randomly closed during their normal hours or out of things. They always have tons of boxes piled up everywherewith inventory they haven't unpacked. The music is always pumping which I love in the right environment but not a huge fan ofwhen I'm trying to have Zoom meetings. Then today their WiFi wasn't working because it was "after regular business hours"despite the store still being open. So kind of confused? And when we asked the baristas about it they just said "I have no idea"and left it at that lol. I guess I've just never seen it be busy here so I don't understand how they're such a mess and soinconsistent all the time. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Read more
I can overlook a rude employee (drive through) because I don?t know what?s going on that day in her life. Besides being rude she... got the order wrong too. I ordered an Iced Americano. I realize mistakes are made, just fix an Iced Americano and this customeris happy. My husband saw her pour THE hot Americano into a cup with ice and hand the drink to me. Once we were back on thefreeway, I picked up my ?No ice, watered down, Iced Americano?. Had I not been on the freeway I would have gone in and talked tothe manager. I honestly come to this starbucks every summer when I?m in town and I try to give a new chance every time and I always have the... absolute worst experience with these workers. There is never a welcome in or a hello, they told us they were out of stuff weordered on mobile and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we asked for something else, there were eye rolls and snidecomments on the side. I was given six food items with no bag and when I asked for one I was ignored. We thanked them multipletimes and they just rolled their eyes at us and turned away. We walked out saying thank you and not one person even acknowledgedus. I get not wanting to work the 4th of July at 9am but as a Starbucks employee myself going into another starbucks on a dayoff and getting treated like trash does not make me feel very good and makes me wanna take my business elsewhere when Iliterally work for this company. Not a huge fan of this particular starbies location. I sit here relatively often because I work remotely and sometimes need a... new office environment. However, they are always blasting music so loud that it's hard to have a conversation let alone be onZoom. It's also always super grimy in the lobby. Last time I came in, not a single table was wiped down even though it was deadand there was trash on the floor. The bathroom is also super dirty and smelled like a literal outhouse. There's also always aton of inventory out just sitting on the tables not put away. Overall, just doesn't seem like a very well run Starbucks. Read more
Every time I stop at this store while in town they are always out of things. I stopped here just now for a drink for me and my... sister and they were out of oat milk for her drink and out of the chocolate powder for the new chocolate cold foam drink thatjust came out a few days ago. This place needs better purchasing/merchandising Update- went back today and they didn?t havethe chocolate again, nor did they have cold brew even. Read more
Other one star reviews spot on. I?ve been to hundreds of Starbucks all over the county the past 25 years. This SbUX does suck.... The team is all of one particular demographic. So much for diversity. Read more
