We went late and I ordered a cookie dough ice cream. I received soft serve vanilla, tried to explain to the employee who told me... that "it's soft serve cookie dough" which doesn't seem to exist. It's Carvel. The signage is aging but the staff is young patient and friendly. Definitely a gem for late night sweet tooth fix!

The best customer service experience we have had in a while! Had a personal call from the owner and he was so understanding,... kind, and apologetic for a minor mix up that happened in store.
