Ordered take out here recently. It?s identical inside to most other Paneras. Staff was friendly enough, and it was clean. There... was an issue when using the app with the self serve kiosks, where it wouldn?t allow us to finalize the order. This made it so wehad to order with the cashier. No big deal, he was able to get the special offer that we wanted to us to go through. Only gripewas the wait time. I?ve been to quite a few Paneras over the years, so I have a feel for average wait times based on anyfactors. It wasn?t very busy when we went in, yet we ended up spending close to half an hour waiting for our food. Granted, thefood came out fine, so in the end, no big deal. First impression of panera is modern, clean, comfortable atmosphere, adequate seating and adequate parking. Staff is cordial.... Sandwiches are prepared fresh, but it is evident that the ingredients were made ahead of time, unknown where. Priced like arestaurant, this cafeteria style eatery serves breakfast and lunch. Maybe I'm out of touch with prices, but $3 seems a bit muchfor a self serve fountain soda. $2.59 for a 16 ounce bottle of water if you were curious. I got a bacon turkey bravo sandwich.The best part of this sandwich was the tomato basil bread and the signature sauce. Notably, the sandwich was not overly salty assome deli meat and bacon is high in sodium. I was quite surprised the sandwich was not toasted at all, inside or out. The baconwas thick, but did not taste fresh. Sandwiches come with a free bag of chips. This was a second visit. Overall, I feel thesandwiches here are a step above a gas station or 7-11 sandwich, which is better than anything on subways menu. I wouldn't notreturn, but I also wouldn't suggest going here. For these prices, I'd prefer to be in a restaurant and have everything madefresh with larger portions. Read more
Took a bite of my chicken sandwich and after being so excited seeing it advertised everywhere when to my super I bit into a... piece of cold half cooked meat. The sandwich was raw in the center and when I spoke to the manager he was quick to offer meanything else on the menu which I chose a veggie sandwich because I was scared with the meat. When a girl brought it over to meand I opened it up it didn?t even the correct ingredients and was thrown together. The service also wasn?t the best. There weretwo other people who were standing with me waiting for the manager so clearly this is a reoccurring issue. Read more
Who doesn?t love Panera? However, there were two staff members talking to each other amongst the food. It looked like a... manager?she had light shirt and seemed to be explaining something to an employee. Even before COVID, I always felt that foodindustry employees should be required wear masks. Saliva travels very far just from speaking but we cannot see with the nakedeye. There are studies that demonstrated this with some kind of neon dye juice. With lights off, people had a conversation andit looked like sparkly confetti all over the room! Absolutely disgusting, to say the least. This was the time I stopped goingto other big chain restaurants that serve the food (open food) such as BM, CHIPOTLE, and few others. I guess sadly, Paneramight be next. Had a great experience today. Wife had the summer salad which was fresh with strawberries , blueberries , pineapple and chicken.... Dressing was light but tasty. Have it with a side of broccoli and cheddar soup. She enjoyed it. We also tried one of the newflatbreads . Got the chipotle chicken and would recommend it . Especially if you eat it there and it's crispy and hot. Thechipotle sauce had a great smokey taste. Restaurant was clean and quick service. Read more
