Absolutely horrible. First off the guy was rude took absolutely forever and was looking at his phone. He then ate a candy from... my freakin carvalanche Who the hell does that?!?!!? Then he made my order wrong refused to remake it and charged me for thereeses in my damn carvalanche when they are part of the order free.... then argued with me over it. People that work there are unfriendly and rude. One lady in particular...you can tell she hates her job and is always talking on... the phone. Also, they they don't put enough topping on the ice cream. I won't go there anymore. Go to the one near John H.West...they're great!!! Read more
I'd give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. The workers were not unfriendly, although not particularly friendly either.... But my son felt ill after having some of a strawberry milkshake, and one of the other four items I bought looked sketchy. Heultimately threw up, and I returned what was left of everything, asking for a refund, which they initially refused, buteventually agreed to (after I threatened to tell incoming customers about my sons experience). What bothered me most was noapology whatsoever for my son becoming ill. I've always loved Carvel. Worst store I've been to. Read more
When the store ownership changed hands, we were hopeful that service would improve; well it hasn't. At least the old owner kept... a clean store. This store is dirty; always. The workers are indifferent and not friendly. Read more
