I Just went in to swirls and twirls for my third time. I have been getting something new each time because they have a huge... variety. Today I came for an acai bowl & my daughter got a flat rate cup of froyo. Their flat rate cup is an absolute steal. Youcan fill it up as much as you want & as many toppings. The acai bowl was perfect and the girl who made it was really sweet. Theplace always has really good energy and the staff are super welcoming! A true hidden gem in the sunrise promenade. Read more

Caitlin at the massapequa location hurried to lock the door literally in my and my son's face. I was at the door reading the... menu at 9:30. It was so incredibly rude and disgusting. We weren't sitting down to order a meal.. we were getting a cup of icecream and leaving. Absurd! Read more

No one at front counter when I asked for help the girl put her finger up to give her a second, didn't hand me a spoon or... cover...I think I got on her nerves when I just wanted to check out. Gave 2 stars because the yogurt was delicious just customerservice needs to improve. I usually don't leave bad ratings but her attitude was horrendous. Read more
