The floors are always slippery, and our chips were extremely soggy with oil, but the camera didn’t catch it well enough. It... was soggy and was like wet paper. The artichoke/spinach dip, broccoli and mashed potatoes are good Read more

For 2 years now I have been invited to apply from Corporate Email to apply for the Massapequa location, and everytime I have the... runaround given to me. I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and have owned a restaurant in Jacksonville beach, Florida in partnership, and was a working owner. I've talked to 3 different people and was told 5 different answers, I am not looking to waste people'stime and feel I can contribute to the development of the establishment in a most positive way. I was born and raised in Longisland NY and I do have a regular following of loyal customers that I have known and served above and beyond their expectations, and to be cast aside from the massapequa location and not given an opportunity shows ignorance and prejudice in a discriminatorymanner. This is an ongoing situation with this location Read more

I want to like this place because it's local and this is my third time trying it. Ordered takeout and was there at the pick up... time. Orders were sitting on a table with no one at the carryout area. Fries were cold and the kids pasta just looks sad. Bacon burger had the smallest/ saddest piece of bacon on it. And our seasoned fries were season less. Moral of the story is tospend your money at an independent restaurant..you might pay more but they seem to get it right. Read more

Poor service, seating on the edge of an mostly empty restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, and a waste of $30 plus tip. You should... never have to ask for napkins, utensils, refills, a to-go box and the check when there are only five tables seated in the entireplace. Read more

TGI Friday is always fun....I usually end up sticking to same “hits” I like...the loaded nachos...pasta shrimp and... chicken...and the melt down....really like the great balance of smooth creamy sauce, a bit of spice and enough shrimp & chickento make each bite delicious. Good food. Service has been lacking at this location but that’s life when you are busy. Read more

The waitress seemed a little unfamiliar with her job and took way too long to bring out my drink, but overall a good experience.... The entree was delicious and so was the drink. However, the chips from the appetizer tasted burnt. Read more

The food was not bad, but it was cold. Everything that we ordered came out cold or barely warm: mozzarella sticks, glazed salmon... and ribs. Drink were good. We had a beer and virgin mojito. Service was not good. The place was almost empty, but at times westill had to wait quite some time for the waitress to come. Plus, we did not get some of the items we ordered. Place is old andneeds some renovations. Tables are used, most plates are chipped. However, it was fairly clean, which is very important. I don'tthink we will back any time soon. Read more
