It's hit or miss on weather it's going to be a good ice coffee or they are going to remember my donuts I order.
Stopped in for a couple of iced coffees on 9/6/22 at around 11 am. It was prior to the parade that was about to start on Main... Street. There were two workers inside, whom I need to take my hat off to. They were dealing with a line of customers out to thedoor, along with drive through orders that were non-stop; not to mention mobile orders! Apparently they had 3 workers call in ,but they were both courteous, efficient, and soo apologetic to each and every customer waited on there in my presence. I wish icould have remembered their names; hoping by the date and time provided, this can be determined, so that this company can seewhat valuable staff members they have in these two individuals. The drive through is taking like 10 min per car. Not sure it could be slower
Super busy, had several workers but only one on register. She wasn?t able to fix problem with gift card purchase so she got the... manager, Lance. He was a delight *sarcasm* Huffed and puffed and literally pushed the girl out of the way. I felt bad for theyoung cashier. He wasn?t very professional and appeared that he was miserable. Read more
Prices keep going up. Some days you can sit in drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes. Mostly the staff is very friendly. And they have... never made a mistake on my orders. Read more
Not very fast at this Dunkin and more expensive than other dunkins
The two ladies working today were very sweet and attentive. They had their hands full and it took a few minutes to get my drink,... (There were only 2 working afterall) but I got it and it was delicious!!! Their customer service is splendid, such nice people!My boyfriend and I always enjoy stopping in :) Read more
The line is generally ridiculously long in the mornings, which sucks. Service could be faster, but my coffee is typically made... consistently. The majority of the workers are great besides one older, and one younger gentleman, who work the window, thatdemonstrates they?d rather be doing anything else than that. Mary is amazing! Read more
