We came here in seek of something different in Massena just to find the worst service ever. The server did not even acknowledge... us. We sat there for at least 30 minutes and the counter had the nerve to tell us ?have a great day.? Like what?!! You didn?teven acknowledge us. After calling to find out where the order was and being rudely told, well it is Saturday night and we are getting the food out... as fast as we can. It is on the way. Can't say we were satisfied with our order. I can understand being busy. It took nearly anhour and a half to get the food. Upon getting it the food was cold. Congealed poutine is not very good the fried bread doughprobably would have good if it were at least warm. And the taco salads were completely cold. Read more

At 11:11am we finalized our order and were told that it would be delivered by noon. At 12:08, we called and were told that the... driver had gotten stuck at a train crossing and would be another 10 minutes. When we called again at 12:30 because our lunchbreak was now over we were given a list of excuses why they were unable to deliver in a timely manner. There was apharmaceutical lunch they were catering, 7 pizzas had been ordered, there'd been a robbery the night before, police had beeninvolved, etc. Not once was compensation offered for poor customer service. Instead we got the laundry list of excuses. When thefood finally arrived at 12:38 the driver took the payment and never gave change back. On top of all this, the food was burnedand saturated with grease. Needless to say, our office is agreed we are done ordering from the Rusty wheel.
