We love Arby's but this location has just given us horrible experiences. I think this was the last straw for us with the... customer service. You can't expect good service here or correct food, where you get everything you paid for. We have agreed notto come here anymore. Not worth it. Read more
This has to be the worst Arby's around you constantly have to wait. They will let two to three cars order then they get them out... of the line before taking another three orders. Then they rarely get the order right I asked for two beef and cheddar doubles.I get two beef classics no Arby's or horsey sauce that I asked for because they did not ask if I wanted any. Read more

It was made perfectly & better yet tasted great! Thank you for making agreat sandwich! (FORMER REVIEW) Tip......Check your bags before you leave the drive thru. Last Ultimate BLT sandwich I orderedI got a whopping 3 pieces of bacon. Nothing ultimate about that. I have never had my sandwich be so skinny before. Maybe theywere almost out of bacon???????????? Only a one star because I had to I would give it a no star I never had a problem until I went to the Arby's in Massillon Ohio I... went ordered a classic beef and cheddar and got home to see they just threw a piece of sliced cheese on the sandwich instead ofthe cheddar sauce so I called and told them and they said I see what happened we was warming up the sauce and it wasn't doneyou can come back to get another one I got there and the person at the window said what do you want it replaced with we're outof cheddar and I told them I called and they said it was warming up so they shut the window and all the sudden came back withanother one with the cheddar they was supposedly out of so I get back home and get it fully out of the wrapper and there is aninch of flour on the bottom of the bun I will never go back to that Wendy's corporate was polite though so this is just for thatspacific Arby's horrible any other ones I love Read more
I ordered like 30 in food and I asked for a plastic bag with handles a grill person said they are for our door dash. I asked if... they are salad bags the one person said yes. The same person said they he been dropping food in the fryer without any gloves. Ithink something should be Done about this and being rude to a customer when he on Backline.
