Food and service were just ok at the new oakwood location. This is the second time going there, 1st time pasta I got had no... flavor and pricey fir what you get. Thought I'd give it another shot, got the chicken parmesan...chicken was rubbery andextremely dry, they put a tiny little square of cheese on it and everyone's pasta was wayyy overcooked...noodles were mush.Appetizers were pretty good but the dinner meals were all awful from all 8 of us. Our waitress was great! Food was very lackluster. Went yo the Oakwood square location. First time there, will not be going back.... I give a 3 star because I feel bad giving anything less. Yikes, don?t go here. You?ll be better off ANYWHERE else. I?d suggest a face lift to the management staff, immediately. Long... story short, our server spilled oil all over her arm and never came back with another. Our appetizer was wrong, then the secondone was late, and they bagged it up for us ?to go? and charged us for it. Our pasta was cold? With ZERO cheese on it. Worstpart?the meatball was falling apart and looked uncooked. Gross. This place is just gross. And we were charged for almosteverything. Sadly, this place won?t make it at the rate they?re going. Smelled amazing when we arrived and we were very excited to try their food. My husband and I had a side of fries as an... appetizer, they were seasoned and hot, not the best we?ve had but good. We both chose soup instead of salad; he had the lobsterbisque and I had the Italian wedding soup. No lobster at all in the bisque. The wedding soup was VERY salty like it wasoverloaded with chicken base. My husband chose the salmon and shrimp entree- literally 4 tiny shrimp on top of a grilled salmonfilet; the fish was cooked well and moist but smothered in a VERY salty lemon butter sauce. I ordered the lasagna which wasterrible and inedible, I sent it back an opted for the filet with shrimp, the steak was tender and cooked perfectly butliterally had zero seasoning, not even a-1 could help it along. I opted to not have the Marsala sauce they wanted to drown it inbecause my server indicated it would be overly salty as well. We really enjoyed the bread and dipping sauce, but that was aboutit. The food was not too bad other than the tomatoe sauce that was very good. I had the veal parm with a semi tasteless herb and... butter sauce?? The veal was fine other than being a little hard. My wife's chicken parm was much better. The service is friendlybut they move so fast you have to stop them as soon as then drop something off. It was not busy at the time for being in such arush.
