I usually don?t leave reviews, however after multiple terrible experiences at this location I?m done. 1. Staff is rude and will... argue with their customers. Witnessed this happen with others as well as myself. Manager is rude so no wonder the otheremployees follow suit. 2. Portions are embarrassingly small. 3. Orders have been repeatedly wrong. 4. I?ve been ordering thruthe app for years and always would ask to get a vinaigrette from behind the register and has never been a problem. (I wouldorder it on the app, but there?s no option to add it as a side.) Today, I get my order like normal and ask for the vinaigrette.Manager says it?s going to be $1.55 And if you have ever ordered a vinaigrette before you know the cup they give you is 1/8 fullof dressing? For one I?m not paying for a dressing, and secondly if I was to pay for it, it better be a full cup. Get outtahere. Never going back. I?d rather go hungry before I ordered from this place again. Chipotle as a whole gets more and more disappointing with each passing year. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat,... now the portions are small, the prices are high, and the service is subpar. Picked up takeout last night at the exact time theysaid it would be ready, by the time I got home 5 minutes later I found our bowls and burritos were ice cold and unlabeled, so wehad to guess what was what. Went in for a bowl asked half amount of red sauce my wording was a little off so I could see room for confusion if the lady... taking my order hadn't decided after putting in a full scoop to also place another full scoop in my food making it much to hotto eat, was definitely malicious the wait time was long and the place was dirty too. Had a great meal but the steak in bowl was cold and my wife said her chicken was cold too. This has never happened before so... chock it up to one bad day. Still love Chipotle Read more

Received a delivery order today and every entree was wrong. I?m honestly not sure how they could have gotten the order so wrong.... Missing items for a quesadilla and then the 2 bowls were put together entirely wrong. Customer support is terrible and all theygave was a BOGO entree. I?m super irritated with the entire situation. They had no salsa in the main line. Said they were out?. I get to the check out and they had a full container of it on the to-go... side?. I asked if I could get some they said no?? super sad? I get to go orders are important but I?m standing right here in thestore!!! Couldn?t just give me a little taste? hate to see it?.
