This happens more often than not a blonde young lady and brunette young lady are typically working when I go through the drive... thru. It takes them forever to take my order. Then when I get to the window the make my drinks and sit them by the drive thruwindow and don't acknowledge me at all. Then they go back where they have racks of doughnuts and pull out their phones. Like Ican't see them. Last time about 15 minutes went by. I would have drove off and went somewhere else but my children wantedsomething from there. Read more
This location didn't have any dark roast the week that I visited. Probably supply chain issues. Almost all the staff seemed... brand new and they were struggling. But I'm just grateful they had staff at all, because other coffee shops like Starbucks havebeen closing locations or limiting hours due to shortages. Read more

Customer service is good. The people are nice. However, slower then sloths. In line with 8 cars took 25 minutes. They take one... order at a time making their line even longer to the point people start leaving. Your losing a lot of money?. Read more
This store consistently has poor service! Today I went inside to get what I needed for everyone. We?ll they were already sold... out of donuts and have been for hours prior to me the girl said. The coffee was watered down and horrible, couldn?t even drinkit because it was so bad. This is not a first time occurrence, I have personally experienced this multiple times over themonths, keep hoping for better service, better quality of product but it doesn?t seem like it?s going to change anytime soon.You would think, if your in the donut business you would have donuts for your customers to purchase.
