What a great place for food! I got a pierogi burger and upgraded my fries to Buffalo chicken and ranch. For the price you pay,... you get a LOT of food! Even with sharing my fries with 2 other people, there were plenty of fries left over. The sundae was adiabetics delight! I will definitely come back here. Read more
This was our second trip to Fizzlesticks. The first time was just after they opened and we were unimpressed, so we agreed to... give them some time to settle in and give them another shot. One thing that struck us on our first visit is how theowner/cook/manager visited the dining room regularly in very dirty clothing. This was not our experience this time. Theowner/cook stayed in the kitchen. ATMOSPHERE: Nothing much to say here. The atmosphere was better when it was Vito Corleone's. Now it is a bit blah. It is dark and featureless. It very much has a "family run" feel. FOOD: The first time at Fizzlesticks,I ordered a steak. Don't do that! This is a burger joint! This time we ordered the Patty Melt, BBQ Pork Fizzle Fries, MexicanStreet Corn Fries, Waffle & Chicken Tacos, Veggie Burger, and Appetizer Burger X2. The burgers for us were just adequate. Nothing special, and certainly not something we would go back for. The Fizzle Fries were also a miss for us. The toppingsgenerally just make them soggy. I would opt for standard fries in the future. HIGHLIGHT: The best thing on the menu is NOT theburgers, surprisingly, it is the Chicken Waffle Tacos. This is the second time my son has ordered them and his friends have allgiven them rave reviews as well. The chipotle maple syrup has a pleasing duality of sweet and hot. If you are going to giveFizzlesticks a try, get the Chicken Waffle Tacos. With so many great food options in the area, it is unlikely that we will giveFizzlesticks a third visit. Read more
I must say, it wasn't quite what I expected. The food was good. Kinda like bar food with a little twist. Drinks were okay.... They're cocktails seemed more like something you'd get at a party beach bar. Really sweet with candy. Not quite my taste but I'msure someone would enjoy them. AMAZING FOOD and PRICES!! I haven't had food this good in a long time!! The chef really knows how to cook!! I live over an... hour away, but can't wait to go back!! We ate here for the first time this evening, we weren't sure what to expect, but I must say, it was amazing. Food was awesome. I... got the sasquatch burger (a fat kid's dream) and the nacho Fries (cheesy goodness) and it was delightful. My kids split a fishsandwich and an order of loaded fries and they loved it. My wife got the buffalo chicken fries and she said that it waseverything you could want if you're a buffalo chicken fan. Well priced for what you get and honesty, it's nice to see a little,family owned spot, knock it out of the park like that. It's cozy, inviting and staff are very friendly. Oh, and also we triedthey're fancy drinks. They kids got a kick out of the gummies and enjoyed their special drinks...nice family spot! Highlyrecommend it and we will DEFINITELY be coming back soon. Went here on a Friday night. Fast and friendly service. Ordered animal fries (egg, gravy, bacon), Big Boy burger (iykyk), gyro,... bacon cheese fries, and the Rudolph drink (hot chocolate, Fireball, ice cream, whipped cream). The gyro was huge, and so wasthe fry portion. Both were good. Fries are homemade, and gyro had a good meat-veg proportion (I like lots of veg in wraps). TheBig Boy burger tasted and looked like the original. Animal fries were good. Rudolph drink was a nice addition, tasted likecinnamon hot chocolate & definitely would get again. There's a good bit to choose from. There's a kid's menu, too. Thenon-alcoholic drinks looked fun, would like to try them next time. Read more
Appetizers were fantastic. Fountain soda was very good. The shrimp tacos were not good, Coleslaw tasted bad. The Sasquatch... burger was good but the meat was over cooked. The setting was very welcoming and friendly. The two ladies working were very niceand accommodating. Overall not bad, may give a second chance and revisit in the future with the kids because it was a very kidfriendly place. Read more
