What a dump! The floors were dirty the tables were dirty the trash needed to be taken out. The employees were loud and annoying.... They were too busy gossiping laughing joking to do their jobs. The food was cold and disgusting! We will never go back! Read more
The worst McDonalds in United States, today September 13, 2022. I can?t finish my food because the fries and Nuggets were poorly... cooked, Big Mac was with the bread very dry, and the meat not fresh. Ranch sauce the tasty was like old. Read more
I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the horrible condition of the restaurant. . I placed a mobile order and... when I arrived there were no clients in line. I walked up to the register and waited for someone to greet me. But one ever did.I had to say "Excuse me" and was still ignored. The girl brought over my order amd thanked me for my wait.....but neveracknowledged me before that! At least say hello. I saw they were putting down new fries so I tasted mine before leaving thecounter and they were hard and cold! I asked for some of the new ones. A few mi uses later I saw a girl take fries out of thegrease and put them in the bin and walk over and begin talking with her coworkers. I waited for a bit for her to get my fries,and ultimately had to catch her attention and ask her to do so. Service is just non-existant! The dining room was very dirty,tables were not clean despite us being 1 of only 2 couples I'm the restaurant. The seats are torn and dirty. There were gnatsall over the pop machine. Absolutely disgusting. It was a disappointing visit and management should be ashamed of the conditionof their restaurant. Read more
15 minutes to wait in the drive through, which is ok... But not when the condiments are out on the outside of your burgers and... not even given napkins. Pretty ridiculous. Read more
All I gotta say to this restaurant is..... I placed an order via the app. I walked in and watched about 25-30 cars go through... the drive thru before I got my order. 25 minutes I waited for my order. Fast food? Maybe if you're driving a car. What happenedto the customer service for the walk-in customer. I guess COVID killed that too. Will never be back. Read more
Nice lot for buses and semis. Semi can park overnight if people park right u can get about 10 trucks in the lot... Was here to... eat diner about 9pm most of the staff was friendly only person who wasn't nice was the guy cleaning the inside he was not happyI ate at a table due to him already cleaning it for the night. Was here last week. The employees were friendly, but it took a while for my food while waiting inside. The chicken nuggets had a... lot of black stuff on them also which made them taste different. The play place is very nice and big. Read more
I've been there several times, never an issue. But on this morning, I witnessed the worker making breakfast sandwiches, with no... gloves on. Touching the bagel, sausage, and even grabbing the folded egg from the holding tray without gloves. Told the manager,and she asked him to put on gloves. It's not cool. Read more
