Soups were great as usual! Tried the chicken sandwiches and they were very disappointing. Burger King serves a better chicken... sandwich. These are frozen chicken breast pieces, thawed and slapped in a bun! Stay away from the sandwiches...nothing toboast about! Read more

Good food but I?m so tired of seeing gnats on bakery items and then not solving the issue!! Nobody wants to see gnats on their... food and I love the muffins and desserts but makes you not want to eat there w that problem. Read more

Stopped in before closing on a Saturday night. Ordered our food and after we received our food, we saw that they gave us half... sandwiches instead of full sandwiches. I went back up and had to get that taken care of with the manager. I had a bit of aproblem getting that resolved. The workers were not happy to follow the manager?s instructions to make more sandwiches becauseit was 8:35 PM. They closed at 8:30 PM. When I asked for a spoon, one of the workers grabbed it and just tossed it on thecounter in front of me. By time we got this resolved, my wife began to eat her salad and the cucumbers were rotten. They wereall through the salad so there was no eating the salad. I went back up to get new salads and was told that all of the food wasput away and they could not make us new salads. They could record our names and our order in a book and we could come backanother day for new salads. Very little apology on their mistake. No attempt to try to make up for it and offer anything of anincentive to come back. So my wife and daughter had to go without their food. We went back the next day and ordered the samesalads. We did not have to pay for them, but nothing was offered to help make up for the extreme inconvenience of the nightbefore. Even though the manager of the previous night was on duty and was even a part of helping us out with the order the nextday, she never said one word or an apology for the previous night. On top of it, the cucumbers were going rotten again.Fortunately, we learned that lesson and ordered the cucumbers on the side. We threw them away. Very unpleasant experience! Verypoor management skills! Very poor customer service! I have no desire to ever go back. Read more

We didn't take photos and I'm so sorry. The chocolate croissant was so awesome. Wear a bib when eating it lol I had little bits... of chocolate all over me even though I was careful. But it was worth it. Also employees were very happy, friendly and polite !???? Read more
