Ordered the Shaq a Roni. Which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It showed up with zero pepperoni. Same order had a bacon... cheese stick order and showed up looking ridiculous. Then I spend an hour trying to call back to get them to fix it to be placedon hold and hung up on multiple times. Only thing correct was the poppers and cheese cups. Read more
#1 A couple weeks ago I ordered some pizzas. Super late. Here they had a door dash guy show up and he didn?t even have change.... Said they got busy and used doordash . Ok whatever . #2 last week had a super late order arrive .. They mailed me a coupon fora free , ok I?ll try again. #3 tonight trying to use my coupon and order several other pizzas . This papa johns is nothing but a joke. I ordered a pizza for my cousin they said 23-33 min. I called after1 1/2 hours had gone... by, come to find out they left her pizza on the porch and never even knocked at the door so it was cold. I asked them to jystmake her another pizza well when you call this store it is all out sourced to the Phillipines. They could not send another pizzaout without an okay nor could they refund my money. This was Friday night. They said a manager would have to call me with in 48hours. Today us Tuesday and to date not one person has called back. So my suggestion stay clear from this store as thePhillipines only take orders but cannot fix any issues if there's any mess ups. The manager obviously is a joke and veryunprofessional. I guess I will have to drive to the store to get my credit as there is no getting thru to anyone in the US whenyou call. Way to go papa johns to out source jobs to the Phillipines! They have been struggling like other businesses the find help and delivery might take a while depending on the day and time... however this team here is hard working and if you order for pickup it is normally 20 minutes or so unless they are extremelybusy then its a little longer. The pizza is always consistent from here. Read more
Me and a group of friends ordered for take out and it was probably the worst experience of my life. There were two girls... working, one of them had hickies all over her neck and was blunt and rude. I was told we could pick up in 24 min and theyweren't ready at all. had to stand there for 15-20 min when I was told 5 min. I will absolutely never return!! Read more
Every time I place an order for delivery it says 54-60 minutes and it?s always WAY OVER an hour before I get my food. Also every... time I try to call to speak with a manager no one ever answers the phone. Do better. Read more
Ordered pizza through Doordash. Also got breadsticks and 4 cheese sauces. Opened up the box, and that's what I got. I wouldn't... care had I ordered 1. When you order 4, that's something you can't forget. Read more
This location is horrible. Ordered from the app, says Roger delivered it! Never got it! Mind you I have a ring doorbell camera &... no one knocked!! Ok so I call, takes 20 minutes to get through! I?m told they will call the driver & he?ll call me back in 5minutes. 10 minutes pass, I call them. I?m on hold for another 20 minutes. He says I?m remaking your order now. I?m like ok! Anhour later I call back and he says it?s on the way. It?s now been 10 minutes since that call! This is the worst experience Ihave ever had. This location needs new management and people who know what they?re doing. I order from here a lot but I neverwant to go through this again!
