Stopped in this morning around 7:30 after a 10-hour midnight shift and was served by a young man named Jeremy. He was absolutely... amazing. Kind courteous helped me with all of my questions. I have never had breakfast here before. Very polite. Made myexperience at Taco Bell. A completely different one. Definitely will go back for breakfast just because of him Jeremy. Most of the employees barley acknowledge you when you walk in the store, 0 out of ten with customer service. Most of the times I... have purchased from here, the food is awful. I got nachos once and I had to spit them out because they tasted like chemicals, Idont know what the could have done to make them taste like that.I honestly will never visit the store again. If I could havegave less than a 1 star rating I would have. I advise you to just drive a little further to the taco bell on Erie st they havemuch better service. Read more

This taco bell is by far the worst taco bell ive ever been too. Every time I visit this location something is wrong on my order.... Went tonight got 2 gordita crunchs no lettuce no spicy ranch. Had lettuce on them. Got a nachos and cheese as well. No cheeseand the chips tasted like cleaning supplies. When Im paying 3 and 4 dollars a taco I expect it to be atleast half decent andwhat I asked for. Mistakes happen but clearly the staff is terrible because it happens every time. Read more

Went through the drive thru on Aug 20. And recieved a chicken Chalupa combo that wasn't ours. 2 of our spicy potatoe tacos were... missing. Have problems with this Taco bell every time I go. Read more

Kiki and Alan Manning the window were great. The line staff was super fast and accurate as well. It may now be time to pay... them a living wage and health benefits instead of slave waged. You netted over 1.5 billion last year. PAY YOUR PEOPLE AND THEYWILL BE VALUABLE LONG TERM EMPLOYEES, diminishing turnover and even possibly improve your brand's influence. Your CEO madeabout 1000 time what your average store worker makes. Give them a big raise, a bonus, and perhaps...healthcare. The would beable to afford a decent place to live and be grateful instead of eventually burnt out and resentful. Food for thought. Read more

Extremely terrible customer service skills, zero professionalism and they struggle to even get an order correct. The staff are... rude and seem to have a very hard time engaging/acknowledging customers inside the restaurant or being spoken to disrespectfullyat the drive thru speaker. AVOID this location unless you enjoy subpar service -- You've been warned. Read more

Wanted to try the Mexican Pizza that was brought back. Was not impressed?.. ????. I went to the TacoBell drive through Saturday... around 11:30am it took me over 15 minutes to get through the line. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, Iopened the Mexican Pizza box to find this soggy, poorly prepared sorry excuse of a Pizza. Took one bite and through it in thetrash. I think the issue here is the staff and not so much the product. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
