Save your time and frustration. The drive through line was kind of long so I opted to go in and place a to go order. I did all... of my ordering at the kiosk due to the 7 workers not wanting to take an order in person. After placing a $40 order, I waited forabout 15 minutes until I went up to the counter to ask if I could just have my drink cups. One of the workers said he couldn'tfind my order and if I would a few more minutes he would see what the problem was. I wasn't going to wait any longer. So Icancelled my card transaction and left. This is third time I've been in there in a month and they always problems. I won't begoing back. Read more

I arrived, the shift manager couldn't wait on me but asked me to use the kiosk. Okay, fine. I got a drink and did some work.... Then, later went back to order tacos for carry out. Had some issues with the kiosk and an employee was unable to figure it out.She called on the same manager who was in the office (visible to me), he acknowledged her but didn't get up. We figured it outafter another employee came to our aid. As I waited for my tacos I counted 7 employees. I noticed the floor in the food preparea was slick. Food was good but it took 35 minutes for food to get ready. The girl making the food was great . I told the other older lady... that other people came after me and got their food already. She said my number hadn't come up yet .She never bothered checkingif I was passed over or not .I was not very happy about that. Read more

The staff was really nice. But they cannot even take oders off the touch screen right. And their food was cold as ice, and the... portions that they give my family is not correct. My soft tacos barely had any ground beef, and the cheese was cold not evenslightly melted, I will not be going to this location ever again. I used to work at Taco Bell and I can tell you they messed upour older so bad they need to do some retraining. All the other area locations of Taco Bell are so much better. The one on tusc,the one on Whipple, the one on portage, all do a superior job than this freaking hack place. My soft tacos look like they wipedtheir butts with the tortillas and sprinkled cheese on top. Read more
Service here isn't good. Pepsi flavor is horrible it taste like all the different beverages. No dine in options, and the value... for the price is outrageous. My chips tasted like the cinnamon twist that was thrown on top of everything. Cheese cups for thechips was cold and not even filled up. Read more
This drive thru was fast. I don't think throwing everything that was ordered in one bag was very smart. Along with the 3 orders... of natcho fries that were upside down in the bag. Each person had to claw the fries out like you would playing for a prize in anarcade. Read more
