Great pizza place. Dominos just has the best tasting pizza period, and this is coming from someone who bought pizza hut and... dominos at the same time to taste them side by side. As far as the service goes, i only ordered delivery from here once and likeeveryone else, i was astonished at the 50 minute wait for the pizza, and i only live 5 minutes away from here. Since then, I'veonly ever ordered pick up from here and haven't had any complaints. A large pizza with an additional menu item is usuallyfinished in 15 minutes and I am usually there by the time it comes out of the oven. So really there is no issue with wait timeif you go to the place yourself, no tipping involved either. Seriously the people who have bombarded this place with negativereviews really need to get up and drive there themselves. Read more
Asking several people a question.They look at you and walk away. Then pointed in several directions to ask a person they then go... the other direction. Finally a manager at least I think comes and asked how can I help you. I told him what happened to me andthe people?s response. I told him it was bad customer service and I ordered here before. On this visit I spent over $60. Whathappened to normal good customer service? Rude people!!!! Read more
I order a pizza from here and they did not put any marinara sauce on my pizza. When I called back to let them know the general... manager wanted me to come all the way back to the store when I told them I could not because it was to far and he told me Icould only get a refund if I came back i will never order from them EVER AGAIN Read more
i ordered a regular cheese pizza with some mushrooms and ham. the food was cold, too salty and the cheese tasted really gross.... they also forgot my garlic sauce. unfortunately i will never order from here again. the mushroom was also burnt, it wasn't goodwhatsoever. Read more
Everytime I go through this dominoes the delivery is super quick. The food is very fresh every time and I like this one much... better than the ones in the surrounding areas. Read more
I ordered a hand pan pizza, parmasean bites and the marble brownie. I gave the delivery driver more than 20% tip thinking that... they would ensure that everything is correct. My order was delivered 30mins after ordering. I didn't think about checking theboxes but definitely should have.I received an extra pizza instead of the marble brownie. When I called was told I didn't orderthe marble brownie and gave me an attitude. I checked my receipt on my email and indeed I did order the brownie. They diddeliver the brownie but who knows what they did to it. The Manger was very unprofessional and could of kept her attitude toherself. Read more
My food was cold!! When I called to ask where my order was because I got a notification it was out of the oven for over 20 mins... the women tells me it?s cooking and would be delivered soon. I got nasty burnt steak and cheese. The cheese was burnt and hard.The bread bowl was soggy and cold. All from sitting out too long. The worst part was the cook put the corn meal/bakers meal theyput at the bottom of pizzas and bread in the middle of my spinach and cheese bread so it stayed separated. There was almost nocheese or spinach. Overall disgusting and I won?t order from there again! I would?ve given a negative star if possible!! They make the pizzas up to standard. Not burnt, plenty of toppings good amount of sauce. Way better than the store in my old... neighborhood of Ridgewood, Queens. The one in Briarwood, Queens was always on point and fast. Last week, their system was downand they only accepted cash at the Mastic store. Had to order inside and they couldn't provide the coupons that their known for(not the employees fault, I'm sure). First time since they introduced online ordering that I've experienced that with Domino'sbut it can happen to any company. Technology isn't always perfect.
