Always order ahead on the mobile app and it's correct and awesome 9 times out of 10. Staff I've spoken to have always been very... nice. Last time though we paid extra for pumpkin cold foam and they gave us the smallest layer of the vanilla cold foam instead.When Dunkin first started doing cold foam, they used to give you so much more, especially for how much extra it costs.Unfortunately we're going to skip out on cold foam from now on. Ok so I came in ordered 4 smoothies, I understand ita not everyone's favorite thing to do, the lady making them was kind. My... complaint is to the red headed women who took the order! Terrible attitude!! Rolling her eyes eveytime I ordered something andshe wasn't even the one who made the smoothies!!! Idk what her problem was but I definitely didn't like yhat.
