Food is amazing and these are good people. Ordered through DoorDash and there was $2.47 extra for special instructions of... "please make the bacon extra crispy". A little annoying, but whatever. Well, the staff put the money in the bag with my food torefund that charge. They didn't have to do that. Highly recommend trying the food if you're in town. This pains me to write. I've been a customer of both locations for about 20 years, and have gotten many hooked. My last few... experiences have been pretty bad. We stopped at Mastic last week. My tuna was fishy (never had that issue before) and the womanwas quite rude. Today, my turkey sanwich was super light on meat, and the lettuce was brown. There was another incident where Iwas ordering for someone else and asked if they could put a little bit of lettuce on the side. Wasn't sure if they liked it. Iwas told quite rudely to order a salad? I think today, with my lack of meat and brown lettuce might be the final straw. Read more

Been going to TJs since 2006 when I was in high school. I don't live there in town anymore but I still love grabbing a hero... whenever I'm in town. Best heroes, staff is great and food is always on point. Louisiana Lightning is the best and their chickenpot pie soup is amazing. Have used their catering for work and everyone always loves it. They do a great job and the portionsare ????. I love grabbing their heros before a beach trip for a picnic. Thank you guys always! Read more

While the staff at TJs is great the food has taken a huge fall off. Was told by others that the hero?s are not the same and... today I found out myself. We ordered a 4? chicken cutlet hero with mozzarella on a garlic hero. They said no problem, I paid infull told the gentleman that I would be there at 12 and they said perfect. When I arrived the hero was ready to go and I washappy cause I was running behind. When I got to the car my husband said the trays felt cold and we then realized that the entirehero that was supposed to be hot felt like it just came out the refrigerator. Now I have cold garlic bread that?s alreadytoasted with extremely dry chicken and cold melted mozzarella. When I went in to ask they said that?s how they usually do it???Like I said, the staff and then gentleman that helped us were great and very friendly, but the food was horrible. Read more
