They are extremely selective on who they hire. That is why they are so incredibly short staffed. This place is a joke wrong drink three times. The order was refunded but the one employee started cursing out a customer and... when asked for a manger and to make a formal complaint the store manger just walked away. If there not going to have walk in available, why can?t they shut it off instead of me coming here after placing it. I've come up from north carolina, if it wasn't for me loving dunkin donuts I probably would never come here. Always short... staffed, or employees stand by the door and do nothing. I?d rate this a 0 star if I could. Every time I go to this location, there?s always a drive thru line backed up onto the road,... and the have the inside closed. Your order is almost never right. I was told that everything was in the bag, half my order wasmissing. When you ask for cream cheese bagel, they put hardly any on. I got hash browns one time and they gave me frozen ones. Iwill not be going here no more. They need to hire new people who work accordingly. Every time I came here, everyone is standingaround talking and gossiping.
