This has to be the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my entire life. Who owns this place? I went into BK today, Friday at 6pm. The drive thru was packed. I waited 45 mins for my order from start to finish. My grandson... wanted BK so I waited. It was not the workers fault. There was only 3 people working. One at the drive thru window who was upsetbecause she had people complaining and was trying to do her best, one who took my order who was apologetic because they were outof all spicy sauce and the Hershey Sundae. I only ordered two chicken sandwiches with spicy sauce And a sundae pie! There was athird guy who was cooking , not complaining and working as hard as possible. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Threepeople running his business on a Friday night is unacceptable. He should drive down the street to McDonald?s to see how manyworkers they have! This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I'm shocked they are still in business. The customer service... is horrid!...rude, clueless, dirty, and mentally challenged are just some of the nouns I can come up with to describe theemployees. Drive thru service is extremely slow, and the food is usually cold, stale, and just thrown into a bag without anyconsideration to the customer. I will no longer spend money at this Burger King, and I will be spreading the word to my friends,and family members. Read more
