Worst dunkin by far ! 9:30 am I went in to this dunkin , prior to me ordering my food I watched a lady in front of me experience... the dunkin employee sneeze Into the glove and parchment paper before grabbing her donut, the lady asked for a new one which theemployee gave her then put the donut in question back on the shelf. I still order my coffee hoping that this was just a mistakeon the employees behalf but I was wrong ! This dunkin donuts is just gross! After ordering my coffee I was waiting to the sidewatching the man employee make some food , then it happen another test . A piece of sheet paper they use to put there food on toheat up fell on the floor he picked it up after 3 min wiped it off and used it again! I suggest we all stay away from thisdunkin! Read more
HORRIBLE UNSANITARY EXPERIENCE!!!!! Today at 1145am I purchased 2 iced coffee and munchkins. I am working from home so had my... iced coffee in the fridge for an hour. After drinking I realized something was caught in straw! I realized a huge plastic bagwas inside my cup! Disgusting and extremely unsanitary considering during these times there should be extra cleaning conditionsduring what?s going on. I then went back and was told there is no manager there and was laughed at because I waited 2 hours!They kept asking why I took to long to drink it which is none of there buisness. I stopped coming here for about a year because they were so bad. I came in again one day and not only was I the only customer on... line waiting for 10 minutes to get my order taken, but my drink was made incorrectly. And my drink is so easy. You?d think ifevery other Dunkin could make the same easy drink the same, this one would be able to as well, but I guess not. Don?t come here. Read more
Ordered online at 7:08am a Coffee and a wake up wrap. Arrived there at 7:13AM only to find a coffee. They were not busy and had... only one person at the counter at a time while I was there. But what I noticed was that there was a trainee working a certainarea and three other adults which seemed like owners or managers. I just hovered around to get someone?s attention and finallythe new person came over and asked what I?m waiting for. I told her about the missing wrap, and she apologized and startedworking on it. The reason for the poor review is that at this time rather than someone helping the poor new girl, the threeother people continue to do what they were doing & talking. One lady gave the new girl some instructions but at no point anyonerealized that this is a delayed order and maybe we should help. I finally got my order at 7:22am and left. To the credit ofthe new girl, she apologized and smiled as I was leaving. The owners of this location and or managers should do a better job intraining new people and staying on top of things, not to mention better customer service in recognizing a customer that is juststanding there and waiting.
