Stopped by for an Ethiopian pour over and blueberry muffin. Coffee was great. Muffin was very good and female barista very nice... and great service also. Place is spacious and very inviting. Manager Tory informed me of the possibility of some new roastscoming out. Whether you want just a coffee, a small snack or a lunch or dinner this Cafe has it all. The owner/operator Toby really cares about the quality of his products and it shows! It?s wonderful to have a small coffee shop... in my neighborhood again. I remember the days of old in my teens. A time called ?The 90?s.? Gather round ye youngsters whilst Ispin a tale about independent coffee shops as far as the eye could see. With couches and open mic nights. We stopped by for a quick lunch and what an amazing surprise. Love the ambiance and the service even more. We ordered Chicken &... Waffles and Strawberry Spinach Salad. Both were amazing! Will definitely be making this one of our go to spots in Matawan. Read more
Caught them on a slow Tuesday morning so I got my drink and food fast and super surprised by how everything was good. The... chicken and waffles was fresh and I could tell because the chicken was branded with the stores logos. Thats high end if a placeis adding a logo to literally everything they cook. Read more
Went there a few days ago. Prices were outrageous especially for the quality of food we were given. I got a breaded chicken wrap... and it just tasted awful. Tasted frozen, tasteless, and old. My husband had the waffles which were good but extremely overpricedfor one waffle with no sides or anything to come with it. Could get so much more at the diner and way cheaper, and better freshquality food. Coffee was ok but was overpriced as well rather go to starbucks or dunkin. Would not recommend. Read more
Stopped in today and was not disappointed. Ordered a signature latte, chicken N waffles, and some light roast Eth Nat... beans. The chicken and waffles were very tasty and I got it with a side of ? hot syrup?. I enjoy hot honey and though this wastasty something about it wasn?t great with this meal though I?m sure most will like it. Typically I?m in single origin for overkind a guy with no added milk or sugars. So one of the signature latte is more like a dessert for me but I?m here to support onday one and this one was very tasty. The bags of beans were roasted 4+ weeks ago which is not ideal to sell on opening but Iwill adjust my brew parameters to match. Glad to see more coffee and food options in Matawan. I would definitely recommend Just Love. Place looks great. Staff are really nice. Fresh Orange Juice Squeeze Machine is very... intriguing. Jive Turkey Wrap tastes great. Ice Cream was amazing, it was great in this heat. Read more
