Most Dunkin have very good service but this one has an exceptional manager and staff must go to see.

*****edit***** Was five stars for at least two years. Our order is simple. We go here every day, many times twice a day. Been... going here for the past 3 years. We are in the middle of a huge project building a bus into a home and aren't running our owncoffee machine yet while we are sharing property during the build. While the coffee prices are going up like everything, we canunderstand & are willing to pay, but the coffee has become so inconsistent. We always get the exact same thing... 2x Mediumiced, each with one cream only. First it's a different price every time. Literally! When the iced coffee is newly made & doneproperly we get a decent coffee. However most days it's so watered down it's light with Only one cream. I've pointed out it'slight color is incorrect and they tell me they promise it's Only one cream. So I say that means the coffee must be very watereddown. They agree & say yes it's probably watered down a bit, Sorry. Wait,...What!? What are we paying for? Watered down coffeeand ice. They are knowingly serving watered down coffee!? This shouldn't be possible. Isn't there a specific formula?Unfortunately I don't think we can rely on them anymore. It's a shame because they are closest to us. I?d give 0 stars if possible. I waited at the drive-thru patiently only to be greeted rudely. I had to repeat my order 3 times.... After the first time, I told her my order again and she cut me off multiple times. I asked for 5 caramel in a medium and sherepeated back ?extra caramel? and I response with ?5 caramel? and she rudely replied ? uh huh that?s extra caramel?. I usuallydon?t leave bad reviews, but I left the drive-thru and went to a different dunkin because of the tone that this worker had andhow rude she was. Read more
Ordered a decaf iced coffee, kid repeated it back twice and then rang it up wrong. Got to the window, checked the sticker and... huffed and puffed when my husband said it has to be decaf (medical reasons) and then forgot another part of our order. Bestpart? I have ordered here about 15 times, and for ~10 of them, I have had mistake(s) with my order. Missing items, wrong items. My... favorite is when I order a "frozen chocolate" and it is neither frozen nor chocolate, which has happened 3 times out of 7. Orwhen I order an item through their app, am told it is not in stock and am promised a refund or replacement the next time, andnever get either. And I actively avoid going when it's busy, so I think it says a lot that there are so many issues even whenI'm the only one waiting, and I've ordered 5+ minutes ahead. This place can never do food and is always out of stuff or they mess up the order. It doesn't matter what time of day it is.... They're always cleaning the ovens. They also almost never make my drink right. Last time I ordered a caramel latte and there wasno caramel at all. When I actually can get food, I have to check to make sure it's all there and correct because it's often not. Read more
