I will say that our order was refunded and I appreciate the efforts to make it right, I wrote my review hoping that it would... bring to leadership's attention the struggle you seem to have with take out. After my experience, I looked at other reviews andthere were many that had difficulty with this side of the business. I still would not make a second attempt at either take outor dine in, but appreciate their willingness to correct the problem. One last thing, if you order kids dinners on Sunday, checkyour receipt to make sure you're not charged, website says kids eat free with adult entree, but in my experience this was notthe case. I had to sleep on this before leaving a review but the take out my family had 07/31/2022 was just dreadful. We had 2kids meals (both with Mac -n- cheese). Well, we got the Mac only to have to make a cheese sauce at home because it wasn'tincluded and quite frankly it looked like a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese. I'm not sure if I was charged for this (I didn'tcheck my receipt) I know per your website kids are supposed to eat free. The fried pickles were so salty and greasy I'm stilltasting it this morning, sweet potato fries were inedible. Specifically asked at time of ordering that one of our wraps had nobacon, yep you guessed it, I think they even added extra and there was so much lettuce in both wraps that you could barely tastethe filling, Tomatoes were added to the salad (asked for none) and since the request was due to dietary restrictions, that alsowas inedible. One skinny little chicken breast for the blackened pasta and it looks lost in the sea of over-salted pasta itarrived in I don't know if you offer better service (and food) for the dine in experience but I will tell you based on the takeout order my family received, I wouldn't risk it to find out. The drinks were unique & good. The food was better quality & taste than you would expect from a typical bar menu, I was happily... surprised! We will DEFINITELY come back! We have the fried pickles/pretzels for an appetizer. For our entrees, we had the halfReuben, the BLT, & the Pub Dip deluxe. Very very yummilicious!!!! Read more
This restaurant is conveniently located for us and we stop in once or twice a month. It's honestly hit or miss with this place.... Sometimes we go and it's great food, the next time we go its mediocre. Will I still go? yes. I just always have to hope it willbe great each time. Read more
Ordered online for a to go order. Upon arrival home, I discovered the Buffalo style chicken fritter wrap I had ordered, was... actually slapped together with French dressing instead of Buffalo sauce. I called the restaurant, to which the manager ensuredme they would refund that meal. Over a week later and I have yet to see a refund on my bank statement. I don't know how to say this in a way that make it won't sound like I'm exaggerating, but the hand breaded tenders have less... flavor than the water. Burgers were pretty flavorless too. You can get some good burgers for $14, but this place ain't itunfortunately. Read more
Their burgers are not hand made, but they are big and satisfying. And I don't know what kind of fairy dust they put on their... fries, but they are off the charts good. They have great beer prices, like their beer of the month. If their burgers were handmade, I'd give them 5 stars. Their pub reuben is one of the best I've ever had. Read more
Very good food!!! Service depends on waitress or waiter. Have had 1 great server and 1 not so great. Pretty loud and boisterous,... so will probably get take out from now on???? Have had takeout 1time and sat in restaurant for dinner 1 time, both times foodwas great!! Read more
